Saturday we were invited to go to celebrate baby Brielle's first birthday. We had tons of fun at Gattiland, the kids played games for hours. We didn't plan on staying that long because of Rylen, but he was surprisingly well behaved. He just chillaxed in his stroller for a long time,and loved all the attention from family that we don't get to see often.
After the party we headed to Aunt Stephie and Unlcle Bobby's house just for a visit. The kids went wild, the girls dressing up in every imaginable dress up outfit and high heels. The boys- playing xbox.
Sunday we went to church then came home to rest and take a nap before baby cousin Christian's first birthday party. It was in the evening at the local pool. The kids were ready for a dip in the kiddy pool and Caden even braved the huge wave pool, while mommy nearly had a panic attack. They swam until about 9:30 pm and were hyped up on all the cupcake icing so they stayed awake until 11:30. They had the cutest Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Oscar cupcakes, It was either my cousin Jen's idea or her mom's, either way they were genius and cute too. (Wish I had pics) They also had those M&M s with printed pictures on them. Too cute!
So we had a full weekend. Today it felt nice to just be home and relax. Here are some pics.
