Oh The Stuff You Can Find On YouTube...

I found this on You Tube today. I was looking for a Sesame Street bit from the 80's that Brit was watching today and I found this....cute, but this SOOOO would not fly today! Can you just imagine all the anti-breastfeeding parents would have it pulled so fast!!! I guess there was a time there when mom's weren't expected to cover up, where the fancy hooter hiders weren't a diaper bag staple. I'll admit, that I do cover up in public. Not cause I am all that modest, I don't mind plopping it out (lol) heck I even nursed Rylen at Disney on the "It's a Small World" and "Winnie the Pooh" rides. Although, I do want to avoid the stares and looks of disgust. I've nursed all three kids, and I will tell you that yeah, I have gotten those looks many times. I just find it sad that moms like me are now shamed into hiding behind blankets, in dressing rooms, and in bathrooms (which I will NEVER do) to do something that is so natural.
