What we've been up to...

Hmm, well since I have neglecting my poor little blog this is what has been taking up my time...


We went to the park. Ry was not afraid to approach the ducks and geese. They were ok with him, but Caden got bit by a duck while he was feeding it.

Then we're going to see Daddy play softball for our Crossroads Church team, that's always fun cause Caden and Brityn get to see our cousins Mikey and Breyana there and play with their friends from Sunday School



We also went to the Children's Museum...you'll see more of that


We've been kinda busy, and I'm sure it's just the begining cause summer is near !

Children's Museum...

Last week my sister and I loaded up all the kids and took them to the Children's Museum. It was pretty much empty so the kids had free reign which was awesome for mom cause trying to keep tabs on a one year old in a crowd is overwhelming. They had a blast and the most important part is that they were pretty tired that night!!

AHHHH!!!

So I have my background semi-fixed but my fricken header is off center. At least to me it looks that way. I am installing the header the way I have been doing it for like a year but for some reason it's of. I am beyond frustrated with it but if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong please do let me know. I'll try messing around with the background again tomorrow, I'm over it today. Gotta go spend time with The Hubs who has been neglected today while I sat at the computer today.

Not Too Pretty...

Things are going to look a little screwy around here while I try to fix things up a bit. Being a DIY-er is both a blessing and a pain in the ass. I have that nagging feeling that I HAVE to do it myself. I start things then I have to finish them. Crazy!

Easter...

Our Easter celebration began on Saturday morning with an egg hunt hosted by our Crossroads Church. We met
lots of cousins there and the kids had a blast. With
5000 eggs to find who wouldn't? We followed it up with a breakfst afterwards where my itty bitty one was a complete terror!! Seriously we're not even in the 2's yet but this kid sure does know how to throw a tantrum.
Saturday evening was filled last minute prep grocery shopping, egg dying, baking and a visit to my great Aunt in her nursing home. I had Brityn wear some bunny ears when we went and you know all those poor little old ladies just love it!! She always gets smiles when we go there. Later that night before the kids went to bed they went outside to sprinkle Easter Bunny food on the lawn. They also couldn't forget to lay out some carrots for him.
Sunday morning they woke up to a whole lot of treats, but not too many cause momma didn't over do the buying this year. After looking over the goods we got dressed and went to church. Then it was back home to get ready for our little family Easter get together. Usually we have this big party but this year it was nice and small....just us. We ate then we hunted too many eggs. We're still finding a few eggs here and there outside. And my kids will be eating Easter candy forever. Rylen over did the jelly beans and later that night had a tummy ache.
So lots of fun here over the weekend!!

T-Ball Time...

So I've been a little slow at updating, but things get so crazy around any holiday.
Well, Caden started TBall a couple of weeks ago. Now, Saturday mornings start super early with a game of ball and Caden loves it!
He's doing well, and enjoys his new buddies. I've had the privilege of being in the dugout with them, and they are....BOYS if have one you know what I mean.
So here's my little all star!
