Last Weekend....

On Friday we went out to Montana Mikes to celebrate Gram's birthday! We had a good time and the the food was good, I had never been there before. Ry chowed down on some baked tater, it's so much easier now that we can just plop him in a high chair with the high chair cover of course...mommy would have a panic attack without it. We just give him a little grown up food and it's all good. He's a good eater.
So after that Gram and Grandpa took Ry home, and the big kids and us went to pick up a few things at Wal Mart and when we rolled up to the checkstand who did we see...SANTA! You see I had seen him in there the week before and I came home to tell the kids who I saw and that he must have been checking out the toys. I am so glad they got to see him. He asked if they were being good boys and girls and gave them these " I got caught being good" coins. They gave him hugs and he even offered to take a picture with them. They were in awe pretty much. I am so glad that they saw him cause that helps me give them a little extra incentive to be good. Now all I have to do is say "Santa sees you".
On Saturday we went to see some cousins who were visiting from Nevada. The kids had fun playing with the cousins and playing Wii, which is now at the top of Caden's Christmas list. It was just nice being with all the family. Caden entertained them with his dancing skills when he and his cousin Jeremy had a dance off, he managed to score $5 for his skills from Uncle Charlie.
Sunday we were just lazy and stayed home. Rare for a weekend.

WHAT?!?! I caught dad doing dishes...very very rare.
