AHHHH!!!

So I have my background semi-fixed but my fricken header is off center. At least to me it looks that way. I am installing the header the way I have been doing it for like a year but for some reason it's of. I am beyond frustrated with it but if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong please do let me know. I'll try messing around with the background again tomorrow, I'm over it today. Gotta go spend time with The Hubs who has been neglected today while I sat at the computer today.
