We're dwindling down to just two or three daily (well, mostly nightly) feedings of mommy's milk and it's making me pretty sad. I weaned the older two at about a year. Caden had just turned one when I found out I was pregnant with Brityn so I weaned him, well he really weaned himself. Then, Brityn was I'd say about 13 months when I weaned her. I did it so that I could get to the gastro for my IBS meds. Now, my little RyRy, is weaning himself. I'm sad because he's my very last baby that I will ever breastfeed. I will miss all that closeness we got everyday together. Just him and I. I love how when he was a newborn and I would nurse him I would hold his itty bitty hand. Then how when he got older he would stop for a second and give me that big ol smile then go right back to having his milk. He's just growing too fast for me.

That smile they give you while nursing is just so precious!
William's still going pretty strong on the breastfeeding. Probably about 6 or 7 times a day. Though I just started him on whole milk so we'll see how things go now.
It's so bittersweet, isn't it?
I miss BF, it is a bittersweet moment when they stop.
Oh, boo-hoo, I remember when my son would nurse too :( My fav, was when he would fall asleep while nursing and he would have milk dribbling down his little chin.
I'M SO READY FOR ANOTHER BABY!
